The location here is incredible and excellent, just a short distance from the train station and town center, perfect for families; the staff was attentive, making sure we had a fantastic stay.

Actually everything was perfectly fine, my next choice again in Melton Mowbray. I lovely spend 1 night in Melton Mowbray. Central location not far from town centre and excellant recommended restaurants, it was in a good area. What's more, Tubes was situated just 1 km away.

The staff were competent at all times, the rooms was spotless.

The hotel provided excellent prices. the atmosphere created was quiet. - Good sized and well furnished units with a lovely 4 poster bed. - the staff were attentive. - the location was magnificent - just next door to excellent recommended restaurants, a cafe, and the centre of town. The hotel offers great prices, a peaceful atmosphere, comfortable rooms with nice amenities, attentive staff, and a fantastic location near local dining options and the town center.

Good spacious twin room.

Unaccommodating and unamiable manageress who worked the front desk. Having told our group that breakfast was served until 930 she refused to serve us when we arrived at 9.05 stating that 9.00 was the end of service. From the moment we arrived she just gave off a rather unpleasant aura. If I ever return to these parts I will not be staying here.

everybody was very friendly. building and car parking is exellent and the food is first class along with the service, can recommend the beef strips for starter very tasty.

Comfortable and modern room setup, complete with a cozy bedroom and a super comfy bed. 😊 the Wi-Fi connection was top-notch, which helped me have a great night's sleep.
